The Limitless Model

The Limitless Model by James Kwik
The limitless model was developed by Jim Kwik with the aim of improving any area of your life, whether it be finance, relationships, health, or whatever it is for you.
Here's how the model works:
Imagine a Venn Diagram with 3 circles.
Top Left Circle = MINDSET
This refers to what you believe is possible:
What are your assumptions?
What do you tell yourself?
What do you believe you are capable of?
What do you believe you deserve?
Top Right Circle = MOTIVATION
This is split into P x E x S3:
P = Purpose
+ What is your purpose for doing something? (Find your why). This has an emotional charge behind it.
E = Energy
+ You can't perform at an optimal level if your energy doesn't allow for it. Practice self-care and make your health a priority.
S3 = Small Simple Steps
+ Make it so simple that you can't fail.
+ What is the tiniest action I can take right now that will give me progress toward this goal where I know I can't fail?
The Middle Circle = METHODS
These are the methods you are using:
What are the methods you are currently using?
Do I need to change or tweak my methods to achieve the desired results?
This model is new for me so I am yet to implement it into my life but will be doing so going forward.
What is a model or framework that you use in your life to achieve growth and goals?

INSIGHTS
The Investing Expert
Have heard of The Diary of a CEO hosted by Steven Bartlett?
It is the leading podcast in Europe.
The podcast focuses on insights and advice from successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, and experts.
This is the best episode I have listened to all year. It is a great episode for those looking to get control over their financial goals.
In this episode, Steven interviews Scott Gallaway. He is a marketing professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business and the host of the "Pivot" podcast. He is a best-selling author and he covers topics like money strategies, investing principles and wealth-building.
Scott has such a great way of dissecting knowledge and explaining it in a simple way. He is very straight forward with approach and makes complex concepts easy to understand.
Here are some key takeaways from this conversation:
Wealth Building factors which influence why some people are richer, including the importance of connections, setting financial goals, and how marriage and relationships can impact wealth.
Investment Strategies: Tips on investing smartly, including diversification, investing in the S&P 500, real estate, and using tax strategies to your advantage.
Career and Personal Growth: Choosing between dream jobs and practical options, changing jobs, finding mentors, and improving decision-making.
Money Management: Understanding the balance between risk and reward, making money at any age, and the enjoyment money can bring.
Networking and Storytelling: The role of effective networking and storytelling in business success.
Feel free to share your thoughts on this episode. I’d love to chat about some of the concepts you learned and areas you may also be looking to improve.
MOTIVATION
Let Go of The Outcome
You cannot change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sails to always reach your destination.
Life can be unfair at times, we all know that.
They say, “When it rains, it pours”.
This means when bad things happen, they seem to happen all at once.
This quote sums this up the solution to this problem beautifully. You can’t always control what happens in life, but you can control how you react to the situation.
A valuable lesson I’ve learned over the last year is to respond rather than react. If you are emotionally charged because something bad happened to you, take some time to process what has happened, try to look at it objectively, and respond appropriately.
I stumbled across this awesome video by a content creator called Struthless. Check out his youtube video for some great journaling techniques.
Here are some questions to ask yourself when bad things happen:
What happened objectivley?
What did I make it mean?
How would I comfort a friend I loved if this happened to them?
How is this the best thing that has happened to me?
That last question is a life hack. Turn any adversity into a positive opportunity.
I use it on a daily basis.
